These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use the services of The Razor Maestro Inc.

The Razor Maestro Inc. provides professional barbering services including haircuts, beard grooming, and related services at our studio located at 1301 York Rd, Suite LT38, Lutherville-Timonium, MD.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who violates our Studio Policy or whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the studio environment.

Service descriptions, pricing, and availability displayed on this website are subject to change without prior notice, except that confirmed bookings will be honored at the price agreed upon at time of booking.

All appointments must be booked through our online booking system. Walk-in appointments are not guaranteed.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to our Studio Policy, including our cancellation and no-show terms.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party booking platform. The Razor Maestro Inc. does not store your payment card details.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client.

A minimum of 1 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with sufficient notice will be eligible for a refund or credit at our discretion.

No-shows or cancellations made with less than 1 hour notice will forfeit the full payment for that appointment. No exceptions will be made unless circumstances are deemed extraordinary at the sole discretion of The Razor Maestro Inc.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward the barber and other clients at all times. Any abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the service with no refund.

Clients are responsible for communicating their preferences clearly prior to the service. Once a service has been completed, dissatisfaction due to a change in preference does not entitle the client to a refund.

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please communicate this immediately during the appointment so we have the opportunity to address it.

Clients with known scalp conditions, skin sensitivities, or allergies are responsible for informing the barber prior to any service. The Razor Maestro Inc. is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

We reserve the right to decline service to any client presenting signs of a contagious scalp or skin condition to protect the health and safety of all clients and staff.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of The Razor Maestro Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without express written permission from The Razor Maestro Inc.
